Refund Policy

My Delivery Service Co (MDS) is only the delivery service provider and bound by its Terms & Conditions, and as such only liable for a refund where MDS has not initiated its delivery service. The delivery service is deemed to be initiated once the driver has picked up the item/good(s) ordered.

The customer will be notified immediately of the status of driver once the request for refund has been received by MDS.

To avoid any unnecessary confusion customers are advised to reach out to either the restaurant or seller for any refund regarding the item/good purchased.

Where MDS is found liable for a refund, MDS will only be liable to refund back the payment made to MDS directly for the delivery service only.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Exact days for reversal of transaction may vary and depend on the card issuer’s policies.
